Returns

Due to the nature of our greeting cards and paper products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Replacements

If your order is determined to be damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was sent, we may provide a replacement item at our discretion. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
